Please only use this form if you are new to wrestling and going to try it out before you commit. We offer a 2 week trial time from you wrestlers 1st practice. Please still fill out the registration forms for how many wrestlers are on a trial period and YOU MUST CHECK OUT THE CART in order for the information to be sent to MGWC.
