This practice is for all wrestlers in the 10u division and older!

This is a mandatory practice for all these wrestlers. We will be focusing on preparing for the State Tournament this weekend! We will be doing plenty of live wrestling and some minor technique work.

• Please arrive a few minutes early to allow time to put on wrestling shoes, get a drink, use the restroom, etc. Be prepared and ready to start at 6:30pm SHARP!

• We will be practicing in the CHS auxiliary gym. You will enter through the new gym doors. Take a right at the round-about by the main entrance. There is parking in the new lot by the aux. gym.

• Please DO NOT park in the “library parking only” spots in the front row.

• When you enter the gym, please make sure to sign your wrestler in at the sign-in table at the door.

• We will have the scales available after practice to check weight for state registration/weigh-ins.
