This practice is for all wrestlers in the 8u division and younger!

This is a mandatory practice for all these wrestlers. We will be focusing on technique and specific skills.

• Please arrive a few minutes early to allow time to put on wrestling shoes, get a drink, use the restroom, etc. Be prepared and ready to start at 5:45pm SHARP!

• We will be practicing in the CHS auxiliary gym. You will enter through the new gym doors. Take a right at the round-about by the main entrance. There is parking in the new lot by the aux. gym.

• When you enter the gym, please make sure to sign your wrestler in at the sign-in table at the door.

• MGWC will be sharing the gym with the Conifer High School team during their practices. It is strongly recommended that you drop-off and pick-up your wrestlers. If you need to stay, please keep the distractions to a minimum and keep to our side of the gym!
