This practice is for all wrestlers in the 10u division and older!

This is an optional (but highly recommended) practice for all wrestlers. We will focus more on live wrestling and preparing for competition.

• If there is a tournament the following weekend you are entering, you MUST attend this practice. We will be having weigh-ins during practice.

• Please arrive a few minutes early to allow time to put on wrestling shoes, get a drink, use the restroom, etc. Be prepared and ready to start at 6:30pm SHARP!

• We will be practicing in the gym. You will enter the gym doors behind the playground (to the left of the main entrance).

• There will be a check-in/drop-off area just inside the doors. For any parents needing to stay on site during practice, please watch quietly in the gym. Please keep the distractions to a minimum and NO coaching from the sidelines.
